The Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences (FFHS) offers part-time Bachelor, Master, and continuing education programmes using the blended learning method. For the continuing education programmes in the field of health promotion and prevention, the Department of Health is looking immediately for the Zurich location for a
Lecturer for Physical Activity Promotion and Health (part-time)
These are your tasks
- Planning, creation, evaluation, and continuous development of the module in coordination with other lecturers and the programme management
- Preparing, conducting, and reflecting on face-to-face sessions from February 2027, each Saturday
- Supervising and supporting students to achieve learning objectives outside of face-to-face sessions (e-moderation, e-coach)
- Active use of the e-learning platform Moodle
- Creating, conducting, assessing, and reflecting on online learning activities, online assessments, exams, and semester papers
What you bring with you
- Completed university degree (MSc or PhD) in Public Health, Health Promotion, Health Sciences, Sports Sciences, Movement Sciences, or a related field
- Several years of practical experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating measures to promote physical activity in various life environments and settings
- Didactic qualification and a strong affinity for e-learning (blended learning) desirable or willingness to develop further in this area
