As part of the reorganisation of our HR department, we are looking for an HR Specialist to take charge of the operational management of human resources and payroll, supervise a small team split between Nyon and Villars-Ste-Croix, and contribute to the evolution of our processes. The position involves regular travel between these sites.
Your main responsibilities
- Supervise and support the HR team located in Nyon and Villars-Ste-Croix, organise work and ensure activity follow-up.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle: hiring formalities, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and work certificates.
- Monitor absences and liaise with insurance providers.
- Ensure the reliability of HR data and monitor working hours.
- Independently prepare and verify salaries for hourly and monthly paid staff, including variable elements.
- Monitor social insurance and salary-related declarations.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager and Finance department for monthly and annual closings.
- Ensure compliance with the collective labour agreement (CCT) and internal directives, and advise managers on routine HR matters.
- Support managers during HR interviews with employees and recruitment interviews.
- Contribute to process improvements and HR projects within the group.
Profile sought
- Proven experience in human resources in Switzerland, within an environment subject to a collective labour agreement.
- Autonomous mastery of payroll preparation and verification for hourly and monthly paid staff.
- Ability to supervise a small team, organise work, and support managers.
- Federal diploma as a human resources specialist: an advantage.
- Very good command of MS Office; knowledge of a time management tool or an HRIS is a plus.
- Autonomy, rigour, sense of priorities, and strict respect for confidentiality.
- Availability for regular travel between Nyon and Villars-Ste-Croix.
You will join an HR team undergoing reorganisation and actively participate in structuring its practices. If you wish to put your HR and payroll expertise at the service of a team and contribute to its development, we look forward to receiving your application via Jobup.
