Business Engineer Digital Onboarding
Responsibilities
- Analysis of the business requirements and their feasibility for Digital Onboarding in the banking environment
- Development and evaluation of future-oriented solution approaches considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and risks
- Creation of requirement descriptions and specifications (e.g. business specifications,
features and user stories) - Active participation in implementation, testing, and deployment
- Co-responsibility for the operation of applications, support of sales staff in problem resolution as well as independent analysis and resolution of assigned incidents and defects
- Organisation, moderation, and conduction of workshops with relevant stakeholders
- Close collaboration with other Business Engineers, product management, business specialists, DevOps engineers, and IT architecture
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Business Engineer or a comparable interface function between business and IT
- Solid knowledge in the area of client onboarding, digital product completions, or client lifecycle management, especially in finance
- Knowledge of business and process-related issues along the customer lifecycle (onboarding, KYC, review or mutation processes)
- Strong affinity for digital processes and applications
- Experience with Scrum or SAFe methods
- Fluent German language skills
- Good English language skills
