What you will do here
- Coordinate the decentralised student and teaching administration in the BSc Civil Engineering programme (manage student files, maintain master data, module bookings, grade control, issue certificates and diplomas)
- Be the first point of contact for students (telephone and counter service, draft correspondence and mailings, maintain the mailbox "AHB - Info Bau")
- Provide administrative support to the programme management and lecturers
- Assist with information events and other occasions
- Coordinate and conduct teaching evaluations; prepare agreements for lecturers; record and pay fees
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed training as a merchant (EFZ) or comparable qualification with professional experience in administrative, communicative and organisational tasks
- Accuracy in recording and maintaining data and documents
- Strong service orientation in dealing with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, calmly and efficiently under time pressure
- Confident German and French language skills, English skills are an advantage
