Your main tasks in import include:

• Handling import customs clearance with customs system E-dec and Passar Transit
• Correction of CH export clearances with customs system Passar Export
• Completion of customs pendencies
• Filing and archiving of customs documents
• Collaboration with customs authorities and operational departments
• Receiving and processing customer complaints
• Optimisation of processes in the area of responsibility
• Creation of URMs

Your main tasks in export include:

• Creating German import customs declarations with Dakosy Zodiak GE
• Creating EU import customs declarations with Dakosy Zodiak GE
• Handling export customs clearance with the customs system E-dec / Passar export and transit
• Correction of CH export clearances with the customs system e-dec Export / Passar Export
• Filing and archiving of customs documents
• Collaboration with customs authorities and operational departments
• Receiving and processing customer complaints
• Optimisation of processes in the area of responsibility
• Creation of URMs

What we expect from you:

• a completed apprenticeship
• professional experience in import or export customs clearance
• a strong customer orientation
• a flexible and committed personality
• a positive basic attitude and solution-oriented action
• native German speaker, with good language skills in English, French is an advantage
