Your tasks

• Preparation & configuration of smarli. Smart Home projects
• Commissioning and introduction of the solution to our customers
• Support of existing customer projects
• Maintenance and technical support

Professional requirements

• Technical understanding and basic knowledge in electrical engineering, computer science, system technology
• Basic knowledge of network technology (LAN/WLAN, IP addressing) as well as experience with common smart home protocols such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, KNX or Matter is an advantage
• Ideally, practical experience with platforms such as Home Assistant, ioBroker or OpenHAB, e.g. in a private environment or from previous employment
• Experience with smart home hardware (e.g. actuators, sensors, control units) is a plus
• Enjoyment of structured fault analysis and independently pursuing technical problems until resolved
• Driving licence category B, as projects are supported directly on site with our customers

• Genuine enthusiasm for Smart Home technologies – you want to understand how systems interact and enjoy trying out new things yourself
• Friendly, confident manner in direct contact with customers, even when unexpected challenges arise during commissioning
• Independent, solution-oriented working style – you keep an overview even with several projects running in parallel
• Willingness to take responsibility and develop with the company
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills (e.g. Italian, French, English) are an advantage
