Specialist in Digital Learning 80-100%

Your main tasks
- Design and development of digital learning offerings with a high level of didactic competence.
- Sub-project management and collaboration in the development of new offerings and consulting services, incorporating current trends and developments.
- Consulting and enabling internal clients in the design, production, and optimal use of digital and blended learning offerings.
- Production and editing of digital learning offerings.
- Support of operational activities and further development of the Learning Management System (LMS) in cooperation with other internal and external specialists, as well as taking on defined administration and support tasks.
Your profile
- University degree (university, university of applied sciences) or comparable qualification.
- Extensive experience in consulting, designing, and implementing digital learning offerings.
- Creative quality awareness.
- Very good knowledge of authoring tools, e.g. Articulate 360.
- Experience in the operational management of LMS, ideally technical insights into the IMC Learning Suite.
- Project management experience and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Very good oral and written German skills.
- Service-oriented thinking and acting as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different professional groups and colleagues at various hierarchical levels.
