🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training as a cook, as well as several years of professional experience in the same position in 5* hotels
A responsible, precise, proactive and committed personality
Good manners in German and/or English are required, any additional language such as Italian is an advantage
Well-groomed appearance as a role model and physical resilience
Very high quality awareness and flexibility
📄 YOUR TASKS
Representation of all Chef de Parties (Saucier, Gardemanger, Entremetier, etc.)
Taking full responsibility for the respective work area (mise en place, station management)
Preparation of mise en place according to the menu for all F&B outlets
Ensuring a high level of service for the guests
Control and compliance with HACCP and ISO guidelines as well as cleanliness in the workplace
Ordering goods for the respective station and checking inventory
Close cooperation with the Sous Chef and the Head Chef for smooth service
