The following challenges await you:
- Review of application documents for new shops (location, Grape, shop conditions)
- Processing of closed shops and creation of pickup tickets
- Maintenance of systems, mail processing and creation of routing slips
- Administrative tasks (mailbox, orders, complaints, tickets)
- Evaluating consumption statistics from the Swisscom M2M platform and ordering SIM cards
- Monitoring and reporting of uncollected parcels
- Quality monitoring (parcel lists, outbound calls)
- Support for the field service with training materials and geomarketing zones
- IT support (PDA updates, replacements, returns)
You bring with you:
- Completed commercial training, business diploma or technical training
- Very good German and Italian skills are a must; French and English skills are an advantage
- Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for technical topics
- Open, communicative and team-oriented personality
- Strong problem-solving skills and organisational talent
- Positive, reliable and service-oriented personality
- Dynamic, independent and at the same time precise working style
