What you bring

• Training as a specialist in building maintenance (EFZ) or caretaker with a federal professional certificate and several years of professional experience, qualification as a trainer
• Enjoyment in accompanying apprentices (PRA, EBA, EFZ) in everyday life – or the motivation to work into this role
• You communicate clearly, act empathetically, and enjoy practical work
• Your working method is structured, responsible, and characterised by a high sense of safety
• Teamwork is natural to you and you appreciate exchanging with other professionals

What you can achieve

• You ensure daily building maintenance, actively assist in building operations, and take on the personnel leadership of a directly subordinate employee
• In everyday work, you accompany apprentices at various training levels (PRA, EBA, and EFZ) and impart important practical skills
• Planning, coordination, and documentation in the ticketing system are part of your daily business
• You design a structured and effective training in everyday work
• Safety is the focus – even in demanding or high-risk tasks, you accompany apprentices resource-oriented and reliably
