Senior ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support and optimisation of the IT infrastructure at multiple locations
Handling complex faults in 2nd-level support for hardware, software and cloud services
Operation, maintenance and monitoring of Windows clients and Windows servers
Ensuring a stable and trouble-free ICT operation
Creation and updating of technical documentation as well as participation in IT projects
Qualifications:
Completed training or degree in computer science
Experience with server, client and network hardware in high-availability environments
Sound knowledge of VMware ESXi, Windows Server, storage and backup
Practical experience with LAN/WLAN, cloud services, Azure AD and Microsoft 365
Very good German skills, good English skills and strong communication skills
