Employee Coordination Office AI – Use Case Exploration and Community Management 80 - 100%
Are you ready to actively shape the future of the Canton of Zurich? Together with you, we at the Digital Administration division of the State Chancellery are driving forward the digital transformation of the Canton of Zurich.
AI offers great potential to effectively support the administration and to provide its services to the public and businesses efficiently, securely, and appropriately. The use of AI can relieve employees, simplify processes, and improve the quality of services. At the same time, it requires clear frameworks, reliability, and a responsible approach to data, security, and ethical issues.
In the administration, and especially in the Office for Informatics, the Office for Statistics and Data, the Personnel Office, and the Digital Administration division , we therefore promote the safe, responsible, and value-adding use of AI. This also includes bringing the added value of AI to the administrative units, jointly identifying suitable use cases, and fostering organisation-wide learning through communication and networking.
Are you ready to make the potential of AI usable in the Canton of Zurich and thus advance the digital transformation of the Canton of Zurich?
In the Digital Administration division, we are looking for an Employee Coordination Office AI – Use Case Exploration and Community Management 80 - 100% starting in January or by arrangement.

- You have a solid understanding of the functioning as well as the possibilities and limitations of AI systems, which you have acquired through professional experience or targeted further training.
- You prepare complex AI topics in an understandable and target group-appropriate way and convey them through classic communication as well as interactive formats.
- You actively approach different stakeholders, build sustainable relationships across organisational boundaries, and initiate exchange and collaboration.
- You bring frustration tolerance and remain capable of action even in the face of uncertainties, goal conflicts, or complex coordination.
