Responsibilities

• You lead around four employees both professionally and personally
• You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• You bear budget and result responsibility according to defined annual objectives
• You promote your employees appropriately and ensure their professional competence as well as the next generation
• You achieve the set provider and service quota targets within your area of responsibility

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in retail with further education in sales and/or business administration
• You have several years of leadership experience and proven product knowledge in the field of consumer electronics
• A customer- and solution-oriented attitude with strong closing negotiation skills is natural for you
• You have very good team and communication skills
• You are a flexible, committed, and resilient personality and have a goal-oriented and networked way of thinking
