Deputy Head of Electrical Maintenance

Your area of responsibility:

• Deputising for the Head of Electrical Maintenance
• Maintaining contact with suppliers and institutions in the electrical sector
• Administrative and project work
• Cost and deadline monitoring
• Supervising and inspecting electrical systems
• Troubleshooting, fault finding and repairs on manufacturing, processing and infrastructure systems
• Planning and organising installations and new systems
• Periodic inspection of operating equipment and electrical devices
• Independently managing projects
• Assisting with the creation of electrical schematics, drawings and documentation
• Assisting with spare parts management and maintenance plans (SAMA)
• Assisting with orders (SAP)
• Covering and assisting with on-call duty (outside normal working hours, as shift operation 7/24)
• Willingness for special deployments

Your profile:

• Qualified electrician, mechanic or technician EFZ
• Operating electrician permit according to NIV Art. 13, given
• Switching authorisation: low and medium voltage systems advantageous
• Further training as an electrical draftsman advantageous
• Lifting platform licence advantageous
• German: business fluent; English advantageous
• Many years of professional experience in maintenance; SAMA or SAP knowledge advantageous
• Office skills advantageous
• PLC experience Simatic S5/S7
• Industry experience (paper industry advantageous)
• Organised, independent, meticulous, goal-oriented, responsible, as well as thoughtful and entrepreneurial working style
