Project Manager Healthcare & Digitalisation (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Project Management: You lead strategic and operational projects or subprojects and ensure their successful implementation.
Process Optimisation & Digitalisation: You analyse processes, structures and workflows, identify improvement potentials and develop suitable solutions together with the specialist departments.
Concepts & Decision Bases: You prepare analyses, concepts and well-founded decision bases for management.
Implementation: You accompany the introduction of new processes, systems and technologies from planning to execution.
Coordination & Moderation: You coordinate specialist departments, IT and external partners and moderate workshops, working groups and project meetings.
Qualifications:
Education: You have a completed degree, e.g. in health economics, health management, business administration with a focus on healthcare or medical informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Professional Experience: You bring 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, ideally in project work or consulting.
Expertise: You understand business contexts and are familiar with the processes and structures in healthcare.
Working Style & Personality: You work analytically, structured, independently and solution-oriented and convince with initiative, reliability as well as communication and teamwork skills.
Languages: You have fluent written and spoken German.
