Modern workplaces need more than Microsoft 365: they need intelligent cloud architectures, secure identities, and automated services. This position is aimed at IT specialists who want to design modern workplace solutions and accompany companies on their journey to a cloud-based IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of modern digital workplace solutions
Planning and technical realisation of Microsoft 365 transformations
Development and enhancement of cloud-based workplace services
Implementation of Azure projects from conception to productive deployment
Integration of Microsoft 365 into existing infrastructure and network environments
Further development of identity, endpoint management, and cloud security
Automation of administration and provisioning processes
Analysis of technical requirements and development of suitable solution architectures
Evaluation of new Microsoft products and assessment of their business benefits
Technical support for migrations, rollouts, and modernisation projects
Support in complex support cases around Azure and Microsoft 365
Analysis of performance, permission, and configuration issues
Development of standardised operational and support processes
Creation of technical concepts and clear system documentation
Direct customer advice on technological and organisational issues
Monitoring of new cloud, security, and workplace trends
Qualifications:
Higher education in computer science or comparable technical further training
Good practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
Experience with cloud-based workplace and infrastructure services
Understanding of network architectures, firewalls, and routing
Interest in Microsoft security, identity, and endpoint management
Knowledge of Linux or other platform technologies is an advantage
Experience with PowerShell or comparable automation is desirable
Strong willingness to learn and interest in new technologies
Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and technical consulting tasks
High service orientation and strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to critically question and further develop existing solutions
