We have been commissioned to recruit you as
Head of Department Drywall and Fire Protection (100%)
Reporting directly to the managing director, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of the two specialist areas and develop them further both organisationally and economically. Together with your team, you are close to the operational activities and know what matters on the construction site. At the same time, you think entrepreneurially, keep an eye on figures and calculations and conduct conversations and negotiations with customers and partners with confidence. You ensure a high-quality, punctual and profitable project execution, support project management and create efficient processes. In doing so, you promote your employees, maintain and deepen customer relationships, actively participate in acquiring new customers and orders, recognise market potentials and contribute to strengthening the location.
You have completed a basic vocational training in the construction or finishing trade and bring several years of experience in drywall, interior finishing, structural fire protection or a related field. Further training as a technical business administrator, in project management or construction management (or similar) is a prerequisite. You present yourself in a committed and credible manner, communicate clearly and enjoy making decisions. You also get involved yourself and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment. Regular presence on construction sites and with customers is part of your role, as is confident handling of common MS Office and industry applications. The place of work is Malters.
