The MV Foreign Claims team at Zurich - Swiss Interclaims - handles claims caused by insured persons involving foreign injured parties both domestically and abroad. We also represent the National Guarantee Fund and the National Insurance Bureau and handle claims related to unknown or uninsured motor vehicles, as well as incidents involving foreign motor vehicles in Switzerland.

What you do

• You conduct coverage, liability and claim assessments
• You clarify facts of claims in motor vehicle liability
• You maintain regular contact with insured persons, claimants, legal representatives, insurance companies, experts and authorities both domestically and abroad
• You respond to customer enquiries as part of the National Insurance Bureau and National Guarantee Fund information office
• You determine possible recourse claims and initiate the collection process

What you bring

• Successfully completed commercial training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in motor vehicle claims handling
• High customer and service orientation
• Strong negotiation skills
• Very good oral and written German and English skills
