You develop and optimise our ERP solutions and processes and actively contribute to the further development of the ERP landscape.
You analyse requirements from the specialist departments and develop suitable technical and process solutions.
You support our employees in 1st and 2nd level support with questions and problems related to ERP and ICT.
You train and accompany users with new or adapted functions.
You work closely with specialist departments, system managers and external partners.
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification.
You bring ERP experience; knowledge of eNVenta is a great advantage.
You possess very good SQL skills as well as experience in IT support and Windows environment.
You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and convince with a high customer and service orientation as well as good process understanding.
You have fluent written and spoken German; knowledge of French is an advantage.
