Your responsibilities

• The four-member school management leads the school as a team and works in departments according to the delegation principle. As Deputy Headteacher of the FMS, you collaborate on cross-cutting issues in the overall management of the school.
• You are primarily responsible for the Fachmittelschule and Fachmaturitätsschule (FMS). Your areas of responsibility include: management of the FMS, representation of the FMS to authorities and the public, management of the FMS and Fachmaturität final examinations, advising and informing FMS students, organisation of the specific teaching units of the FMS, conducting staff appraisals as well as classroom visits of the teachers under your supervision.

Your background

• You have experience in school organisation and school development, preferably in personnel management.
• You communicate clearly and appreciatively and approach people openly and empathetically.
• You willingly take on responsibility, make decisions and implement them.
• You are a team player, cooperative and solution-oriented.
• You have a pedagogical qualification and several years of teaching experience at secondary level II.
• You are familiar with current developments in education, know the FMS and have ideas regarding a future-proof school.
• You have completed school management training or are willing to undertake it.
