Tasks

• You support internal users and provide IT support in various specialist areas
• You analyse and process incidents and service requests in first level support
• You create and process tickets and documentation in the Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence
• You assess the priority of tickets and escalate issues to the 2nd level support if they cannot be resolved directly
• You are responsible for the provision and staging of all hardware. This includes not only Windows clients but also printers, cash registers, various MDE devices and more
• You take on field support within the headquarters and at external locations throughout Switzerland
• You maintain user administration and access rights
• You support projects during implementation
• You are willing to take on on-call duty outside normal business hours

Requirements

• You have completed training in the IT field or are a career changer with several years of professional experience in IT
• Experience in IT support and ticketing is an advantage
• You are a service provider out of passion, with a high sense of quality and responsibility as well as initiative
• Independent working is natural for you,
• You are a team player and resilient, remaining calm even in hectic situations
• You are flexible with working hours to cover on-call duty and occasional assignments outside regular working hours
• You have good communication skills and manners
• You communicate easily in German and Italian, French is an additional advantage
• You hold a category B driving licence and have your own car
