• Administrative responsibility: Take over the administrative file management for your reference clients and provide close social pedagogical work with them
• Diversity in everyday work: Cooperation with guardians, schools, sports clubs and many other partners
• Creativity and innovation: Organize group activities and contribute your ideas to enrich life together in the center
• Mastering challenging situations: Crisis intervention and conflict management are part of your tasks as well as close social pedagogical work with the young people

• A completed education in social pedagogy, social work, psychology, educational sciences or a related field
• Practical experience in working with young people is an advantage
• Calmness in difficult situations and a high level of social competence
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
