The SILU housing cooperative has existed since 1960 as a non-profit housing cooperative and manages around 1,000 apartments, spread across 14 settlements in nine municipalities in the greater Kloten area. Our core activity is the creation, maintenance, and further development of high-quality and affordable living space.

For the Construction + Maintenance department, we are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement:

Project Manager: Client 80-100%

Your tasks

• Management and supervision of new construction and renovation projects from contract formulation to commissioning
• Participation in the revision and further development of technical and strategic foundations from inventory analysis to renewal planning
• Control of all project steps as well as coordination of project specifications and ensuring the flow of information.
• Representation of SILU towards contractors, authorities, and third parties
• Deputising tasks in the maintenance area

Your profile

• Education and training in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or related fields at FH/university level, ideally complemented by further training in project management
• Several years of professional experience as a client representative / project manager: client
• Organisational skills, high quality awareness, systemic thinking
• Communicative team player with enthusiasm for cross-departmental collaboration
• Experience with cooperatives is an advantage
