FIPE AG is an internationally active Swiss company in the technical-industrial sector. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented individual for our internal sales and customer order processing.

In this versatile role, you will accompany our customers from inquiry through quotation and order to delivery. You will work closely with sales, procurement, logistics, production, quality management, and financial accounting to ensure that information, deadlines, and orders are reliably coordinated.

Your tasks

• Processing customer inquiries as well as creating and tracking quotations
• Checking, recording, and administratively supporting customer orders until complete delivery
• Creating order confirmations as well as handling order changes and cancellations
• Coordinating and monitoring delivery dates and proactively informing our customers about the order status
• Maintaining customer, order, price, and condition data in the ERP system
• Organising and monitoring transports in cooperation with logistics and transport service providers
• Coordinating returns, replacement deliveries, and complaints with the responsible internal departments
• Supporting field sales and management in customer care
• Providing complete order and delivery data for invoicing

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Professional experience in internal sales or order processing in a technical-industrial company is an advantage
• Experience in quotation preparation, order processing, and customer care is an advantage
• Good understanding of commercial processes and technical products
• Confident handling of ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
• Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Additional foreign languages, especially French, are an advantage
