HR Business Partner

About the job

We are looking for an HR Business Partner for the German-speaking part of Switzerland for our client. You will independently manage several franchise operations and support them in all HR matters.

Our client is an internationally active company and one of the leading players in the gastronomy sector. In Switzerland, the company has a large network of franchise operations.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You will support the franchise operations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and advise the franchisees on all HR matters.
• You will conduct HR audits in the restaurants, prepare them and ensure compliance with HR standards.
• You will coach your contacts and advance HR topics with diplomatic skill and persuasiveness.
• You will be regularly on site and largely organise your appointments and travel independently.
• At least once a month, you will also be on site at the headquarters in Crissier near Lausanne.

You offer your new employer

• You have solid HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner, as well as a confident manner.
• Experience in retail, gastronomy, the franchise environment or a decentralised company is an advantage.
• You are strong in consulting, diplomatic and at the same time able to assert yourself well.
• German is your mother tongue and you have good English skills.
• You are willing to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
