  • Welcome, guide and care for patients, their relatives and external stakeholders with professionalism and kindness
  • Manage the schedule and planning of consultations and examinations
  • Prepare consultations and outpatient admissions
  • Ensure radiological examinations and follow up the administrative files
  • Work closely with doctors, nursing staff and the various clinic departments
  • Handle emails and various administrative requests
  • Scan, file and archive medical documents
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with institutional procedures
  • Participate in the smooth running of the secretariats of the Polyclinic, Emergency and Radiology by performing various administrative tasks
  • Provide cover and support within the different outpatient secretariats as required by the service

    • Qualifications

    • Availability to work variable hours, weekends and public holidays
    • Medical secretary diploma or equivalent training
    • English experience, minimum level B1
    • Excellent command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ease with professional software
    • Excellent writing skills, perfect spelling and good command of medical terminology
    • Ability to quickly adapt to different work environments
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment
    • Excellent stress management and handling of reception situations and confidentiality
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
    • Excellent presentation
    • Knowledge of Opale, Xplore, OneDoc or similar software.
