Maintenance Engineer Semiconductor Technology (m/f/d) – 100%

Your Tasks

Maintenance and calibration of handling, CNC, vacuum, dicing and die sorter machines, including laser dicing and robotics systems
Analysis and troubleshooting as well as creation and implementation of regular maintenance plans
Training and support of operators in handling the equipment
Operation of machine tools Fehlmann P6, Disco Dicing- and laser machines
Maintenance of machine tools as well as upkeep of calibration and testing tools
Documentation and reporting of all maintenance and repair interventions
Maintenance and upkeep of the cleaning line (UCM)
Main contact person for maintenance issues internally and externally (collaboration with OEMs and the R&D department)

Your Profile

Completed bachelor's or master's degree in electronics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
Several years of experience in the maintenance of semiconductor and high-tech production equipment
Mandatory long-standing professional experience in an industrial environment (at least 10 years)
Good programming and system knowledge in mechanical engineering / robotics (Linux, Windows etc.)
High self-motivation, independent and structured working style
Team player, strong communication skills and relationship-oriented
Very good English skills at daily business level (at least level B2)
