• Incident Management: Key person and lead for interdisciplinary coordination regarding the timeliness and dependencies of Incident and Service Requests.
• Problem Management: Conduct proactive problem management regarding Incident Review, Capacity and Availability Management. Support the Problem Manager in reactive problem management such as root cause analysis for major incidents as well as tasks from the taskforce.
• Change Management: Analysis including risk assessment and cost estimation for change authorisation and approval. Concept creation and independent implementation of changes. Lead for coordination with interdisciplinary UMB teams as well as customers and partners.
• Infrastructure Health Check (IHC) and Operational Tasks (OPT): Independent and conscientious execution of operational tasks. Meaningful adaptation of the Infrastructure Health Check framework to individual customer environments.
• Documentation, Monitoring, Support DMZ and PWD-DB: Updating technical documentation such as operating manuals and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Ensuring that all relevant services are monitored. Support DMZ is to be managed according to UMB best practices. The password database must be kept up to date.
• Maintenance and System Updates: Concept creation for periodic maintenance of the infrastructure including execution of maintenance work outside operating hours. Independent updating or coordination for Windows Update Services as well as device and software update solutions according to operational concept specifications. Maintenance of antivirus and other security solutions according to operational concept and UMB best practices.
• Automation and Standardisation: Wherever possible, recurring tasks are to be automated. Existing standards must be adhered to and, if templates are missing, requested from the appropriate departments.
• Customer Satisfaction, Consulting and Service Delivery Management: Active information gathering, collaboration and exchange with responsible customer SDMs for: protocol processing, participation in service meetings, contribution to service lifecycle and budget planning, proactive information exchange for improvement potential including suggestions for measures.

• You have solid experience in the requested areas and mandates, also in consulting and collaboration, ideally in the IT outsourcing environment, and want to further expand your knowledge.
• You feel comfortable advising and supporting customers in the IT outsourcing sector.
• You are at home in several of the following IT outsourcing topic areas and bring broad know-how with a high level in M365, Azure or Entra ID, Hypervisor, MS Server, Security, Workplace, Network, Collaboration, Platform, etc.
• Service-oriented thinking, technical know-how combined with business expertise as well as stage-appropriate communication awareness.
• A winning personality with assertiveness and high action competence.
• Confident, professional appearance and very good German and English skills (spoken and written).
