Power Platform Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
Good software is created where someone speaks the language of both the business departments and IT equally. This is exactly where you come in as a Power Platform Specialist. In collaboration with a small team, you develop and operate applications related to personnel, finance, property management, and marketing. Microsoft Power Platform, automation, and interfaces form your daily toolkit. Ideally, you also bring curiosity about AI-supported solutions.
Responsibilities:
You build applications with Power Apps, low-code, and no-code tools that make everyday life easier for the business departments.
You gather requirements from the business and shape them into functional solutions.
Furthermore, you implement API interfaces (Application Programming Interface) between cloud services, internal platforms, and third-party systems.
You identify efficiency potentials in business processes and automate them with modern workflow platforms.
Additionally, you automate build, test, and deployment processes and expand a secure, scalable cloud landscape with Infrastructure as Code.
You also evaluate AI solutions around Copilot and support their introduction in operations, including assistance in 2nd-level support.
Qualifications:
You bring experience with operational applications from ERP, personnel, finance, or CRM environments.
You have already worked with automation and integration technologies; knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure automation rounds off your profile.
You are familiar with cloud and web technologies and can explain them understandably to non-technical people.
You can classify operational processes in personnel, finance, marketing, or property management.
Furthermore, you approach topics in a structured manner, remain calm even with complex requirements, and find pragmatic solutions.
You also convince the team through clear communication in German, and you can easily read English technical documentation.
