TOI TOI AG is a leading company for mobile sanitary solutions throughout Switzerland with around 200 employees. Our product range extends from simple toilet cabins to luxury sanitary containers or room containers with customised equipment. In addition, we offer a variety of supplementary products and complementary services. We are committed daily to hygienic toilet facilities and thus support the "doers" on construction sites and events.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Sales Support Employee (100%) starting 01.01.2027.

Your Tasks

• Competent support and advice to our customers by telephone and e-mail
• Processing customer enquiries as well as preparing quotations, orders and contracts
• Active follow-up of quotations and support in acquiring new customers
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Maintaining and checking customer and order data in our CRM system
• Coordination and alignment with the field sales team, dispatch and other internal departments
• Support with administrative sales processes as well as invoicing and credit note matters

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training (KV) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in internal sales, sales support or a comparable customer-oriented role
• Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of Italian, French is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and openness to new IT systems
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Communicative, resilient and team-oriented personality with negotiation skills
• Quick comprehension, networked thinking and a solution-oriented working approach
