For our client, an established, regionally active corporate group in the construction sector based in the canton of St. Gallen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a discreet, structured and reliable personality as
Personnel & Finance Manager 80-100% (a)
Your tasks
- Independent support and further development of the entire HR lifecycle for several companies
- Responsibility for the monthly payroll processing including upstream and downstream processes
- Support of social insurances as well as accident and illness cases
- Contact person for authorities, insurances and external bodies in personnel-related matters
- Collaboration in monthly and annual financial statements as well as tasks in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Further development of internal controlling and preparation of relevant key figures
- Support in budgeting, reporting and business management evaluations
- Active optimisation and digitalisation of HR, finance and administration processes
Your profile:
- Commercial training with further education in the HR field, for example as an HR specialist
- Several years of professional experience in human resources with sound experience in payroll administration
- Knowledge in financial accounting and/or controlling is an advantage
- High initiative as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in actively shaping processes
- Very good user knowledge in MS Office (Abacus or Sorba an advantage)
