To strengthen our IT support department, we are looking for someone immediately or by arrangement

IT Specialist 80% - 100%

Together with the ICT manager, you ensure that the hardware and software as well as the network function reliably and are coordinated with each other. You can quickly and efficiently resolve IT problem requests from users and also support IT projects for the entire institution.

Your tasks

• 1st and 2nd level support for IT requests from users
• Installation and maintenance of hardware & software
• Setup and maintenance of the Microsoft environment (Active Directory, Office 365, M365)
• Setup and maintenance of local network components
• Operation and maintenance of telephony and alarm solutions
• Support for IT projects and digitalisation
• Instruction and training of users and creation of documentation and checklists

You

• have completed training or advanced education in the IT field (at least as an IT specialist EFZ in platform development)
• have broad IT knowledge in the Microsoft system environment
• are confident in handling technical systems and Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products and standard software
• have knowledge in the area of Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange Server
• enjoy working in an environment with people who require support
