Clerical Officer Construction Police Unit (m/f/d)
- Preparation and formulation of statements for projects and requests from third parties (applicants) concerning national roads for the construction police of ASTRA
- Obtaining positions, clarifications, and consultation of statements
- Participation in construction police meetings of ASTRA
- Coordination and information exchange between GEVI and the construction police ASTRA
- Quotation preparation and billing for ASTRA
- Collaboration and assistance with administrative matters of the GEVI construction project management
- Substitution at local appointments for inspections and enforcement controls
- Completed technical or commercial EFZ training
- Experience in the construction industry, for example planning office, construction company, building authority of a municipality or canton
- Very good IT skills (MS Office)
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Customer-oriented behaviour, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
