Role:
As an application manager, you ensure that the deployed specialist applications run reliably. You are the first point of contact for colleagues from customer service, accounting, and management. Besides support, you actively shape the further development of the system landscape. Digitalisation and migration projects offer you space to contribute your own ideas.
Responsibilities:
You ensure 1st and 2nd level support for the deployed specialist applications and ERP systems
You maintain and expand existing software and introduce new solutions
You adjust system configurations and manage user permissions
Furthermore, you are responsible for document management and the creation of output documents
You work closely with external software partners
You also contribute to digitalisation and migration projects
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT apprenticeship, a degree in (business) informatics, or a comparable education
You bring several years of experience in technical support of industry applications, ideally complemented by ERP knowledge
You work confidently with Microsoft SQL queries and create meaningful evaluations from them
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is among your strengths
Experience with databases and knowledge in the area of occupational pension provision are advantageous
You also impress with a strong service orientation and fluent German
