For our well-known client in the food industry, we are looking for an IT Supporter (m/f). Have you gained a few years of professional experience and are good with computers and other hardware? Then apply now and get started with univativ!

What to expect:

• First-level support for hardware and software, Microsoft Office, ERP, network and communication solutions
• Support and assistance for users on-site and via remote access with technical problems
• Installation, maintenance and support of IT workstations as well as hardware and software
• Analysis, localisation and resolution of faults as well as escalation of complex incidents
• Participation in IT projects as well as maintenance of inventory, tickets and documentation

What you should bring:

• Completed studies (FH, HF, University) or completed EFZ training in the field of computer science
• Several years of experience in IT support, focus on hardware/software, Microsoft environments, user support
• Good knowledge of Microsoft systems and applications, basic knowledge of network troubleshooting
• Independent, analytical, solution-oriented working style, high service and customer orientation
• High IT affinity, interest in new technologies, continuous willingness to learn
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, English skills an advantage
