SAP SuccessFactors EC Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

As a certified and experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant, you have hands-on responsibility for several Employee Central projects from conception to go-live. What you will achieve in your new role.
 
- You take a leading role in our exciting SAP SuccessFactors EC projects.
- You are the HR process and SF-EC technical contact person for our customers throughout the entire project cycle.
- From A for requirements analysis, B for authorisation concepts and business rules, C for customising to I for implementation, S for support to Z for celebrating successes together, you play the full range of professional project work.
- You share your extensive experience and knowledge regarding HR processes, project methodology and SuccessFactors platform topics within the team.
- As a senior, you support our junior consultants in their development into competent and customer-oriented consulting professionals.
 
What you bring with you.
 
- Extensive SuccessFactors EC knowledge from responsible project roles (e.g. stream lead) in at least two projects across several project phases.
- Configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and platform knowledge of authorisations, check tool, audit tool, data retention etc.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, project methodology and structured concept work to be able to take on a lead role in projects.
- Flawless German language skills in spoken and written form, plus business fluent English and willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
