We are looking for a Head of Technology & Projects for our company Kuratle & Jaecker AG at the Leibstadt or Niederbipp location

You take responsibility for the Technology & Projects division and actively shape its strategic and operational development. The department combines the expertise of project consulting with the Bauarena exhibition, door technology, timber construction technology and surface technology and supports our sales regions in demanding construction and project assignments. Together with your team, you will further develop the customer segment architecture & general planning, develop new market potentials and position the Kuratle Group as a competent partner. In doing so, you combine technical know-how, leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking with a strong customer and market orientation. You will have plenty of scope to shape processes, services and collaboration with our sales regions and sister companies. Together with your employees, you will promote sustainable customer relationships, accompany demanding projects and create tangible added value for customers, partners and the Kuratle Group.

Your main tasks

• Leading and further developing the Technology & Projects department with 11 employees from the areas of project consulting, Bauarena exhibition, door technology, timber construction technology and surface technology
• Achieving the division's sales, margin and result targets
• Further developing collaboration with sales regions, central services and sister companies as well as optimising cross-divisional processes
• Building and developing the customer segment architecture & general planning as well as tapping new market potentials
• Acquiring customers, planners, architects and investors as well as representing the companies of the Kuratle Group in the market
• Generating leads and construction projects and actively supporting them throughout the entire project process
• Supporting regional locations with demanding project assignments and technical issues
• Collaborating with sales, marketing and other specialist departments to further develop our service offering
• Promoting and further developing employees as well as ensuring a high-performing and customer-oriented organisation

Your profile

• Technical basic training in timber construction, timber trade or construction with commercial further training or industry-specific studies
• Experience in sales, consulting and project business
• Initial leadership experience in a comparable role as well as competence in supporting and developing employees
• Sound market and product knowledge
• High customer and sales orientation
• Independent, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented working style
• Assertiveness combined with teamwork and empathy
