For our organic farm, we are looking for a

Farmer or Farm Assistant
on call, paid hourly (approx. 20%)

The organic farm of the Bühl Foundation is committed to helping young people with intellectual or learning disabilities achieve a good apprenticeship qualification, enabling them to lead as independent a life as possible, integrate professionally and socially, and participate in society. We are looking for someone who is independent, communicative, and reliable.

Your tasks

• Work in all areas of the farm: suckler cows, sheep, horses, chickens, fodder cultivation, fruit growing, food processing, and direct marketing
• Independent regular weekend duty (by arrangement)
• Collaboration with internal and external specialist agencies

Your qualifications

• Training as a farmer EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment of the profession and interest in working with young people with special needs
• Resilience, flexibility, appreciation, team orientation, assertiveness, enjoyment of improvisation
• Very good German skills (spoken and written)
• Possession of a category B driving licence with trailer
