What you do on a daily basis
You provide close administrative and organisational support to the Chief Executive Officer. You coordinate their diary, schedule meetings and travel, anticipate deadlines, and ensure optimal organisation of their activities. You also handle correspondence, emails, and telephone calls, ensuring their follow-up and transmission to the relevant contacts.
You play a central role in coordinating and circulating information between the Chief Executive Officer, the various departments of the Group, and external contacts. You contribute to the preparation of meetings and necessary documents, ensure the follow-up of decisions and resulting actions, and participate in drafting correspondence and materials intended for the Chief Executive Officer.
You also provide administrative and organisational support to members of the Management and participate in coordinating various cross-functional activities. You manage filing, archiving, and proper document management, while contributing to the continuity of the general secretariat’s activities by covering for colleagues during their absences.
What you bring to the team
You have a commercial education, ideally complemented by a federal diploma as an Executive Assistant or equivalent training, as well as several years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting a Chief Executive Officer. Experience in the insurance sector is an asset.
You stand out for your excellent stress management, organisational skills, rigour, and ability to anticipate needs and manage priorities effectively. You demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and a strong solution-oriented approach, while showing great discretion, a keen sense of confidentiality, and unwavering reliability, even in demanding situations.
You have perfect command of French or German (native speaker or equivalent level) and excellent knowledge of the other language (minimum C1 level). Thanks to your excellent service mindset and strong interpersonal skills, you know how to show tact and diplomacy with a variety of contacts. You are also proficient with common IT tools and adapt easily to new environments and working methods.
