Responsibilities:
Participation in the transformation project to modernise the entire ICT infrastructure and active shaping of the future system landscape
Ensuring the stable operation of the central infrastructure with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure
Monitoring, operation and maintenance of ICT services in dynamic and heterogeneous environments
Analysis and resolution of complex faults during ongoing operations as well as optimisation of system processes
Support in the introduction of new operating and application systems in collaboration with specialist departments
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (at least EFZ) or degree in computer science as well as several years of professional experience as a system engineer
Sound knowledge of Windows and cloud environments, Active Directory, monitoring and backup systems
Communicative and team-oriented working style with a strong customer focus
Very good German skills (at least C2), driving licence category B mandatory
