Head of Strategic Network Development (m/f/d) 80–100%

Your Tasks

  • You lead your team in a goal-oriented manner and further develop competencies as well as a high-performance work culture
  • You manage strategic asset management and sustainably develop the network infrastructure over the entire lifecycle
  • You derive long-term asset and network strategies from corporate goals and ensure their implementation
  • You are responsible for prioritising and optimising investment and maintenance programmes regarding costs, risks and performance
  • You ensure supply security, plant availability and network stability through effective risk management
  • You continuously develop processes, methods and data basis in asset management and support well-founded management decisions

Your Qualities

  • You have a university degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering or comparable
  • You bring several years of experience in asset management, network planning or operation of energy infrastructures
  • You have several years of leadership experience and convince through your ability to develop and manage teams in a goal-oriented way
  • You think entrepreneurially, act analytically and make well-founded decisions based on data and scenarios
  • You communicate clearly, appropriately for the audience and convincingly – also at management level
  • You are innovation- and solution-oriented and actively drive the further development of methods, processes and tools
