Tasks
- Accompanying, promoting and supporting clients in everyday life
- Planning and implementing individual support goals
- Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives and specialist agencies
- Documentation as well as participation in case discussions and team meetings
- Co-creating a professional and appreciative environment
Profile
- Completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF or FH
- Enjoyment in working with people and individual support
- Responsible, empathetic and resilient personality
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
