The Construction and Transport Directorate (BVD) significantly shapes living and working spaces in topics such as water, mobility, environment, roads or real estate. We support the specialist departments with services related to personnel development.

Your tasks

• Initial clarifications on new questions or topics
• Preparing, conducting and following up on training sessions, team or management events, etc.
• Preparing, conducting and following up on leadership feedback and other surveys
• Participation in ongoing projects for employee or leadership development
• Support in planning and accompanying supervisors in recruitment
• Organising the framework offers for the pool of university internships
• Process optimisation in your own specialist area including consolidation of role understanding
• Support in vocational training for recurring events such as future or vocational trainers' day

Your profile

• In master’s studies or shortly after graduation
• Focus on work and organisational psychology or personnel management
• Willingness to take responsibility; high service and result orientation
• Confident German language skills

We offer you the opportunity to complement your knowledge with practical experience for 12 months in a professional HR environment. Where possible, we are happy to tailor the tasks to your interests. You will be integrated into a collegial and well-coordinated team and work closely with the Head of Personnel Development and HR. About the Personnel Management of the BVD

Personnel management is part of the General Secretariat (GS) and actively accompanies and supports the directors in all matters concerning employees. This includes all processes from personnel planning and recruitment to support, training and development through to separation.
