Your contribution to our team

As a customer advisor in internal sales, you are the central contact person for our customers. With your training as an electrical installer or assembly electrician and your commercial flair, you advise our customers competently and friendly - both on site and by telephone. You take over the complete order processing, from the preparation of offers to ensuring product availability. You also provide price information and details on delivery times. Your responsibilities also include the professional handling of complaints, where you always act confidently and solution-oriented. With your reliable and professional manner, you make a significant contribution to the satisfaction of our customers.

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ
• Commercial knowledge
• MS Office skills
• Sales personality with a strong customer focus
• Independent and precise way of working
• Team-oriented and flexible personality with a high level of commitment and resilience
