You keep the digital workplaces running and think one step ahead. In this position as ICT Systems Specialist: Client & Copilot, you combine the technical operation of clients with the introduction of new AI tools. A well-coordinated IT team supports you, and there is room for your own ideas. Those who enjoy explaining, experimenting, and involving colleagues will find plenty of scope for creativity here.
Responsibilities:
You operate and administer the client management environment with Intune and Endpoint Manager
You keep client operations stable, secure, and performant
Additionally, you handle complex incidents in user support at 2nd and 3rd level
You support employees in the daily use of Microsoft Copilot and further develop the internal community
Furthermore, you create documentation and application examples and coordinate closely with server and network specialists
You also participate in ITIL processes and contribute to the on-call service
Qualifications:
You have an IT education at EFZ level or higher technical school
You have several years of experience in operating workplace systems
Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (M365) are part of your daily toolkit
In addition, you are familiar with incident, problem, and change management processes from practice
New technologies related to artificial intelligence spark your curiosity
You also explain matters clearly and confidently in German
