Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent for various roles.
• Utilize multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and align sourcing efforts accordingly.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs within the FMCG sector.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of sourcing activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Assist in employer branding activities to attract quality candidates.

Profile

• 2+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the retail sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms, including social media and applicant tracking systems.
• An analytical mindset to assess candidates and match them to roles efficiently.
• Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices in the Zürich market.
