Tasks
- You teach and support the students as a class teacher according to their individual support plans. As the class teacher responsible, you take on part of the parent work.
- In collaboration with your job partner, therapists, individual support teachers, school assistants, and guardians, you support the children according to their individual resources and needs.
- Participation in the entire support team, attending meetings, internal training, conducting progress discussions, as well as co-organizing school events and project weeks complement your diverse range of tasks.
- We look forward to your active involvement in school development processes.
Requirements
- You have a diploma as a teacher. You either have your qualification in school special education or are in training for it.
- Support planning in a special public school is your expertise. Recognizing small and large learning progress is one of your strengths.
- Supported communication is an important part of your teaching.
- A respectful and clear approach to students characterizes your actions.
- You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and grade level. Patience, resilience, flexibility, and a touch of humor distinguish you.
- You bring good ICT skills in Microsoft 365 and easily learn to use our school software.
