To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and customer-oriented personality for customer service in our modern bodywork workshop.With your friendly manner and organisational talent, you ensure that our customers are well cared for from vehicle acceptance to return. Your tasks

• Reception and care of customers
• Appointment scheduling and coordination of repair orders with AI-supported workshop planning
• Planning of replacement vehicles
• Vehicle acceptance and return including damage documentation
• Communication with insurance companies, suppliers and partners
• Collaboration with other specialist departments
• Participation in general administration (telephone support, mail processing, creditor workflow)

Our requirements

• Completed vocational training in the automotive trade with commercial further training advantageous
• Friendly and confident appearance in customer contact
• Independent working style
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Driving licence category B
