The Education Team is the hub for all teaching offerings of the schools within Vantage AG. It analyses, validates, and plans new educational products. The team mandates and accompanies the entire product development and ensures the rollout and commissioning of new products. From 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you to strengthen our team.Your tasks:
- Co-responsibility for the operational management and further development of the group-wide product and project portfolio of the Vantage Education Group
- Conducting thorough market, trend, and competitor analyses as well as developing business cases as decision bases for new and existing educational offerings
- Supporting the establishment and further development of a group-wide portfolio dashboard for KPIs, project progress, timelines, resources, and dependencies
- Improving the processes of product development and revision projects - from the initial idea to successful go-to-market and handover to operations
- Participation and (partial) project management in group-wide education, digitalisation, and innovation projects, in collaboration with Education Development, School Operations, Systems, Marketing, Sales, and our various schools
- Assisting in improving the go-to-market process and operational readiness of educational products
- Continuous monitoring of product and project performance as well as deriving concrete optimisation, standardisation, and efficiency measures
- Central interface function between educational institutions, product development, School Operations, Systems, Marketing, Sales, Management, and external partners
- Active shaping of scalable product development, rollout, and handover processes within the Vantage Education Group
Your profile:
- Proven success in providing stakeholders with the right information at the right time
- Completed studies, preferably in Business, Education Management, Innovation
- Training or further education in agile project management and/or Lean StartUp methods
- Proven experience in structuring, accompanying, developing, launching, and monitoring products or educational projects
- Proven knowledge in quantitative data analysis, hypothesis testing, evidence-based survey methods, and data-based validation of product demand as well as data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge of the Swiss education landscape, current educational tools, LMS, innovative education and future topics, and a solid network in this field is an advantage
