In the building permit procedure, you will have lively exchanges with the parties involved and weigh up the various interests against each other. In addition, you support the municipalities in the multifaceted building law and simultaneously exercise a supervisory function.

Your tasks

• Reviewing building applications with procedure implementation
• Drafting orders
• Responding to preliminary enquiries
• Building police supervision over the municipalities
• Advising and supporting the municipalities

Your profile

• Bachelor or higher technical college HF degree
• Training and further education in the field, e.g. Bernese municipal clerk or Bernese building administrator
• Professional experience in building permit procedures and knowledge of building law
• Resilience and assertiveness, customer-oriented manner with confident expression
• Communicative and decisive personality
