ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You administer Microsoft 365 Services including security and compliance features
You manage end devices with Intune and SCCM, including software distribution, patch management and packaging
You operate Identity & Access Management with Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO and hybrid integration
You administer the Windows Server infrastructure (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP) in hybrid environments
You supervise and train IT apprentices and support their professional and personal development
Qualifications:
You have an IT education with HF/FH further training or an equivalent qualification
You bring several years of experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
You are proficient in endpoint management with Intune and SCCM as well as Identity & Access Management with Entra ID / Azure AD
You are familiar with security and compliance features of Microsoft 365
You have very good German and English skills
